Returns & Exchange

We want you to love every Xavia Beauty purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item if:

  • It is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty or skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items returned after the 14-day window


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We will replace the item or offer a full refund (your choice)


4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team

  3. Ship the item back to our return address (you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect)


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days


6. Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll process the replacement once the returned item is received

  • You may exchange for the same item (if damaged) or a different item of equal or lesser value
